Grief & Loss for Partner Loss

Your spouse or partner was a significant part of your daily life, and now, navigating your life without his/her physical presence can be overwhelming, complicated and scary. Join others who “get it” for open and frank discussions in a nonjudgmental environment. A partner’s death can cause significant emotional distress and leave you:
Crying unexpectedly
Feeling tired and unmotivated
Feeling confused and forgetful
Feeling scared
Believing that life has lost its meaning
Not believing that your loss is real
Replaying upsetting images
Experiencing loss of joy/pleasure
Noticing appetite and weight changes
Having difficulty sleeping or sleeping too much
Feeling lonely and isolated
Feeling angry
Having suicidal thoughts
This therapist-led support group will provide emotional support, guidance, information & resources and support, sharing & compassion from group members who have also experienced a spouse/significant other’s death. This is a place where you can talk freely and openly with people who understand.
Come talk, laugh, cry, and receive encouragement and support as you navigate your way to healing and living a fulfilling life. You don’t have to do this alone.

Caregiver Support

Taking on the role of caregiver for a loved one or a friend is a huge responsibility. While the rewards can be extraordinary, without proper support, it can feel lonely and isolating and result in caregiver burnout.
This therapist-led support group will provide emotional support, guidance, information & resources and support & compassion as you spend time with group members who are also providing care for a loved one or friend.
Come talk, laugh, cry, and receive encouragement and support as you navigate the challenges of caregiving while also finding ways to take care of yourself. Emotional support and practical information, guidance and resources will be provided. You don’t have to do this alone.

Are you working toward accepting yourself as you are, but no idea how to get there?
